Shanghai Student Film Festival

The Shanghai Student Film Festival is the proud host of this year’s first annual EARCOS Film Festival.

Both the Shanghai Student Film Festival and the EARCOS Film Festival serve to showcase for the many ways that students are using video as a tool in the classroom. If you’ve been creating digital stories, documenting science experiments, recreating historical events, making music videos, or how-to-videos, we want to see. We welcome entries from grades three through twelve. Our mission is to create a space for students that is cross cultural in scope and global in reach, for students to share their video projects and exchange new ideas.

Students  from participating schools around the region can submit films at through on our upload page through April 12th 2010.

The winners of the EARCOS film festival will be eligible for prizes and trophies, and will be screened at the Shanghai Student Film Festival on April 23rd, 2010.
