Shanghai Student Film Festival

Submitting your film online is EASY!  Just follow these simple steps.

NOTE:  Uploads take a while.  It could take an hour, if not more, to upload your movie, depending on the speed of your internet connection and the size of your movie file.  Please be patient and wait until you see the final screen (located below) before you move away from the page.  If you have difficulty, please email rgirdner@scischina.org.

1.  Click here to submit your online application.  The link will take you to a page that looks like this:

2.  Once you’ve filled out all of the required fields, click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.  It should look like this:

You will receive an copy of an email of your application in the email you supplied to us.

3.  After you’ve submitted your application, you will be taken to this page (note: the image at the top changes):

IGNORE the login link.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link you see below:

4. The link will take you to this page:

You may sign into the page.  Username: s2f2     Password:  s2f2 NOTE:  ALL LOWERCASE!  Then, click Login.

5.  Logging in will bring you to this page:

Select “File”.

6.  Selecting “File” will bring you to this page:

Click “Browse” and find the file on your computer.  Then click “OK.”

7. Under “Workflow,” bring up the drop down menu and select “S2F2″.  It should look like this:

8.  VERY IMPORTANT:  Under “Episode”, put your NAME, SCHOOL, and the TITLE of your movie.  Like this:

Then, click “Publish” in the lower right.  It will take you to this screen:

When your movie is finished, the following page will appear:

YOU’RE ALL DONE!  You will receive an email from us telling you that we have received and processed your movie when we are done.

GOOD LUCK IN THE FESTIVAL!  We will let you know if there are any problems with your movie after that.  Thanks!
